1. Open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over except employees of Sara Lee H&BC UK Ltd, Holler Digital, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. Closing date for receipt of entries is 4pm GMT on 15.02.10. No purchase necessary.

3. All entries must be submitted through the competition page on the Facebook fan profile of Brylcreem at www.facebook.com/brylcreem

4. Users may submit as many entries as they like. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for late or lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. No third party entries.

5. Winners will be judged on their attitude to their hair based on their appearance in the photo they submit for the competition, and by the entertaining nature of their story response to ‘where did good hair get you’?. Brylcreem reserve the right to vary the judging criteria at their absolute discretion.

6. The entries will be judged by employees of Sara Lee H&BC UK Ltd and Holler Digital and their decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. 4 winners will be decided on or before 22.02.10. The promoter’s decision is final.

8. 10 runners up will be decided on or before 22.02.10. The promoter’s decision is final.

9. All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.

10. The 4 winners will each win the opportunity to be filmed for consideration for the website www.brylcreem.com along with a prize of: 2 hours personal shopping at selected House of Fraser stores with vouchers worth 500 to spend in store, a haircut at a local salon, a D&G watch, an 8GB Apple iPod Nano and one years subscription to GQ magazine including delivery to one UK mainland address. Dates and locations for the personal shopper and haircut are subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, or part of prize of equal value.

11. The 10 runners up will each win a maximum of 12 x Brylcreem styling products from the Brylcreem range of UK available products as featured on the Brylcreem.com website. The prize is to the value of 41.88. The prize is to the value stated and no cash alternative is available, also the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.

12. All prizes must be redeemed before 30.06.2010.

13. Winners will be notified by text message or phone call to the mobile phone number they provided within 7 days of the competition closing, by 4pm 22.02.10. Winners have 72 hours to confirm receipt and additionally confirm that they can attend filming in London in order to claim their prize. If winners do not respond within 72 hours a new winner will be selected. New winners will have 72 hours to respond to claim their prizes.

14. Winners must be available to travel to London to be filmed in March 2010. In the event of new winners being required Brylcreem reserve the right to change the date of filming.

15. Winners will not be paid for their time on the day of filming but Brylcreem will reimburse winners their reasonable pre-agreed travel expenses.

16. The winners’ names are available on request, and receipt of a stamped address envelope sent to the promoter, for 28 days following the closing date.

17. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any direct or consequent injury suffered by the winners and their companions arising out of the prize.

18. Copyright in all images and text submitted for this competition remains with the entrants. However, in consideration of submitting image and text to the competition, each entrant grants a worldwide, royalty free, irrevocable, perpetual licence, including the right to grant sub licences, to Brylcreem to feature any or all of the submitted images and text in any publications, websites and/or in any promotional material connected to this competition, including the Brylcreem Facebook fan profile. Each entrant further wavers any moral rights they may have in such images or text.

19. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

20. The terms of this competition are governed by English law.
